WHO ARE WE?
We are Paulina Kasimovaite and Kalai van Vossen, the Maître-sommelier and Chef de cuisine of Cellar Door.
Our paths first crossed in Haarlem, where Paulina worked at Olivijn* and Kalai at Ratatouille*. From there, our culinary journey together began, leading us to Cadzand-Bad, where we worked in the kitchens of Pure-C** and Blueness.
With further experience at renowned restaurants such as MOS*, Bougainville*, and De Nederlanden*, we worked hard to bring our dream of Cellar Door to life. Here, Paulina's Lithuanian roots blend with Kalai's classical French training and his Brabants-Zeeland origins, creating a surprising culinary experience that celebrates the best of both worlds.
